WHICH HABIT IS BEST FOR THE LONG RUN?

CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Working with myself and clients…it truly is all about getting PASSIONATE about good daily habits. There are so many habits to pick from when it comes to daily health. I remember a day when I thought…ahhh, I will be so happy when I have mastered all of the important habits! HA-that was funny:). I will say there are times in life where you THRIVE off of habits versus habits tend to be a “have to”. What if, just what if you believed that living off of BALANCED habits actually creates incredible energy! More energy than a Rockstar, cup of coffee, or diet coke. YEP…watching my clients create their own “groove” in personal habits is addicting to watch. Their energy is so vibrant and exciting to be around.  WHY? Because they are practicing something everyday…and it is the CONSISTENCY and COMPOUND affect that creates the energy. Truth is truth, and the TRUTH is that CONSISTENCY always creates results! Join in on taking a daily SHIFT and creating consistency in just ONE thing.

So, if you were to start with ONE habit, which one really hits the spot?  Here is a list you can choose from:

1. 3-4 liters of water daily

2. In bed before 10pm 90% of your week

3. SWEAT everyday! Get that good cardio in regardless what people state that it makes you drop muscle…WHAT? Still don’t believe that.

4. LIFT WEIGHTS 5 days per week-oh yeah does it make you feel tight!

5. MEDITATE each morning for 10 min to create a very passionate vibe about you

6. MEAL PREP! Yes mam, prep at least 90% of your meals for the week

7. SEE THE SUN for at least 15 min daily. Vitamin D is a natural energy booster, mood lifter, and appetite suppressant.

Pick ONE and focus on it for 7 days straight. Join in the conversation below and you will receive a FREE MEAL PLAN that will give you incredible results if followed.

Responding 1-2x if fine….each response will inspire someone else regardless of your comment! Once we see your response we will contact you by having you respond to us via email so that you can keep your information private amongst others.

Hello Kristi, I am going to commit to going to bed before 9-10pm, 90% of the time. I got into a bad habit during Thanksgiving break and I would like to reablish this habit!!! I know I will be a happier and healthier person just by working on this alone.:-)

Nichole, I know how important this habit is also! It is definitely super hard when the house is messy, things need to be done, and really….lay down and go to sleep? YEP…my answer is go to bed because eventually you will actually get AHEAD in life if you go to bed early. The LAG time while trying to to establish this habit may feel messy and crazy, but 1-2 weeks down the road your life feels very balanced and manageable. PLUS getting sleep is the best appetite suppressant! Luvs gal, we will send you a new plan for your amazing commitments.

I love this too! I am going to commit to 4 Liters of water a day for the next 7 days. Then we’ll see which one to do next. I’m going to aim for taking my vitamins too! Loves!
