There are no refunds given for The Challenge. I understand once I commit, it's up to me to pay my fees in full and do everything I can to participate and get the results I'm seeking. I understand that Kristi and her team are fully dedicated and will be spending a lot of time setting me up to succeed in this Challenge. I also understand that I'm protected by law to request a full return of my money as long as I request it within 3 days of ordering. If I receive the tools in the mail I can still have a refund as long as I request the refund and return any mailed kits, tools, or product items with all it's contents within 10 days of my order. Once the items have been received by SHIFT and they are in full working condition, my payment will be refunded in full. Again, I understand I'm protected by law that I can have 3 days to get a full refund BUT I must notify SHIFT within 3 days if I want a refund because there are no refunds after 3 days.
