Week 1-2 Detox

You’ll clean your body, prep your metabolism, and get ready to melt fat.
This is NOT juicing or some special cleanse you’re used to hearing; this is my unique method of eating and hydrating to cleanse the body and get back in balance.

Week 3-11 Fat Melting

Now that you’re detoxed and back in balance, the next 9 weeks are all about melting that extra body fat off OR maintaining your sexy self.
This is where you’ll see progress every week, become more defined, see new lines and muscles you may haven’t seen in a long time.
You’ll do all this without having to workout hours per day, you get weekends off, and you’ll have more room to focus on your daily life and still be motivated to melt fat every week.

Week 12 Relax & Lean Out
