What meal plan should I be following to lose weight?

I get asked this question all the time and unfortunately it’s a question that I regret to hear because it always signals that a woman is not actually following her heart on what she knows is right for her body. We don’t need more meal plans, we need more intuition, more effort in eating what we know is right without having to be “told” that it’s right.

When you start with this strategy I outline on my little whiteboard in the video below, you’ll start to see why following a meal plan just leads to constant stress, doubt, and fear that if you don’t follow it you won’t get the results you want. Question for you: When has stress, doubt, and fear ever helped a woman create a lasting change?
