The BEST Appetite Suppressant ever

I have compiled a list of my TOP 10 appetite suppressants. See if one of them happens to work for you. Everyone deserves ONE thing that will really pull leverage on them for the moments of “I just don’t care anymore”…..oh wait, until I saw that. BAM that saved you 500 calories!

Check out the list below and find ONE specific one that will really pull leverage on you. Even if it is somewhat painful, do it and you will be grateful you have something that will suppress your appetite.

1. OPRAH’S BELIEF Video, click this link and enjoy a 40 min video that will really hit your inspiration button!

 

2. GRATITUDE JOURNAL. Write 3 things you are grateful for every single day (works best in the morning, 3pm, and right before you head to bed)

3. FASTING! Yep, if you have craving after craving and you just can’t get rid of them? Simply stop eating for 12-24 hours and you will start to see the clarity and truth in your so called “craving” moment. There is usually more truth to the emotion, and a strike from food can give your clarity pretty quick!

4. A picture of YOU when you felt and looked good. Even if you were 15 years old, keep it in a spot that you will see morning, afternoon, and evening.

5. A WORD in large print in your planner or phone that describes your emotion of how you lead your life in your dream body.

6. The DOLLAR STORE:)….Yep, those dollar stores can get a mind off of food real quick. Head to the makeup and random scarfs, watch out you may find something really good!

7. A tanning bed! Get out of the kitchen and go tanning simply for a NAP! Benefits include a happy mood, decreased appetite, and tan skin.

8. Snow shoeing with good music. Give yourself the gift of skiing, snow shoeing, or boarding this year. The vitamin D wants to eat you up!

9. Going to bed early! Yep, if you have heard anything about the hormones: Ghrelin, Leptin, and cortisol, you will respect their needs and get your cute booty to bed before 10/11pm.

10. LOVE! Honestly whatever love is available will work. Cuddle with a child, a tight hug from a friend, a spouse, or whatever feels right in the moment. Human connection is a TOP priority for us darling spirits living in a human body. Constant love and connection is by far the best appetite suppressant a woman can have! So LOVE yourself away from food and towards things that matter most.
