1:00 pm - Break A Way #1: Body VISION +

Kristi and Valerie will set you up about to create a powerful and compelling vision for your body.  You'll discover how to  see your lifestyle synchronizing with the 5 things that Kristi will share. You'll be guided by Valerie through a Yoga and meditation session.

3:00 pm - Smoothie Station +

Kristi will be showing you how to create delicious and fat burning smoothies, including green smoothies. Everyone in attendance will get their own green smoothie.

4:00 pm - The HOT SEAT +

Hot Seat! – Vision

Kristi will be interviewing a lucky member of the audience on the “Hot Seat”. This is where she’ll take a gal and walk them through how to set up the ultimate vision for their body.  Every hot body starts with it being created in the mind first. Kristi will show you the exact process to start with.

9:00-10:30 am - Super Sweat Circuit +

Kristi and Brandon will push you to the limit on how to train with safely but with full intensity.  No matter what age or fitness level you're at, this circuit will be customized for you and your current fitness level.  Get ready to burn some calories and learn how to train like the pros.

11:00 am - Break for Post Workout Meal (Kristi's Shake Station - VIP only) +

It's time to take a break and get some food. If you signed up to be a VIP, Kristi will be showing you how to make the perfect post workout shake that leaves you fully recovered and energized after your workout.

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Hot Seat: Having The Right PLAN +

Kristi will be interviewing a lucky member of the audience on the “Hot Seat”. This is where she’ll take a gal and walk them through how to set up the Right Plan that includes all 5 areas that are required for a slim and sexy body.  You’ll be able learn exactly how to set your plan up through this process.

It's time to break out the action plan and get serious about how you're going to implement everything you just learned and experienced over the past 2 days.  Kristi and her team will take you through a process to have a step by step checklist and plan for your next 90 days. That way you can take your vision and move towards it quickly.
