Valerie will be guiding you through yoga and setting up a healthy and strong mindset for your best body. At an early age she found a passion for health, wellness, fitness, being active and outdoors. Val has a passion for yoga and for the beautiful journey of life. She has found that her yoga practice on the mat of cultivating an open, and soft heart directly inspires her daily practice of staying conscious, aware and living life on purpose. She has found that practicing yoga on and off the mat, helps her through the many ups and downs of life in a joyful, transformative and insightful awareness into WHO WE ARE.
Val has completed a 40hr level certification Program through Linda Black and is has finished her Anusara Certification with Adam Ballenger giving her a 200 RYT. Valerie is a mom of five beautiful children who bring humor, joy and love to her life. She loves traveling, practicing yoga, running, snowshoeing, hiking, golfing, and especially loves soaking up the sun on any tropical beach.
Brandon will be training you and giving you the ultimate advantage in having a fit and energized body. He'll be at your side giving you the best tips and tricks through each workout so you can be your best when you do workouts on your own.
Brandon grew up in Saint George, Utah playing baseball, soccer, and swimming. He started playing beach volleyball when he was 21, participating at the collegiate club level in Salt lake in 2004 for Salt Lake Community College. Brandon made the national all star team during his time at SLCC, and eventually finished his playing career at the University of Utah. In 2010, Brandon started playing professional beach volleyball on tour and by 2011, was ranked in the top 40 nationally. Brandon majored in Kenisiology at the University of Utah and has been working as an Athletic Republic Peformance Coach since 2010, when he served as the Director of Volleyball at Athletic Republic Orange County. He earned his Level 3 Certification while at the Orange County facility, eventually transferring to Athletic Republic Park City in December of 2014. Brandon will do anything to help the athletes become better both as athletes and as people, believing that failure is necessary for success and that the only way to grow is to challenge yourself.
