About 12 months ago, I started doing something that totally shocked me! (Not literally, of course...but in a surprising sense );-)
What I began doing was more consulting for individuals and small groups on a regular basis.
You might ask, "What’s so shocking about that?"
Keep in mind that I hadn't done a whole lot of one-to-one consulting and training for a over 5 years now because of the demand of our newest BodySHIFT programs I've been developing. So to jump into consulting again opened my eyes even more to what's possible when people are truly making the SHIFT!
I started seeing that the women in my one-to-one and small groups were getting results like crazy!
Losing weight, shedding the fat, tightening up, gaining energy, gaining confidence, and just looking and feeling amazing within 10-12 weeks’ time! (And sometimes less). They felt like this was becoming part of their lifestyle, not just a quick fix or diet.
But here's what was shocking to me…
I was reminded of the power of motivation, accountability and having someone guide you down the right path…
I had almost FORGOTTEN how powerful consistent and positive accountability is.
These small group consultations were so easy and so effortless for my clients to shed fat that it never seemed like a struggle or something they just couldn't do for the rest of their life. And the only big difference was the fact that I was there teaching, helping, and reminding them with the insights and knowledge I’ve gained over the past 17 years helping women transform.
Now - why am I telling you this? People get great results in my BodySHIFT programs by themselves too right?
The answer is yes... AND no.

Here's the deal.
I'd like to offer you a 45 minutes 1-on-1 strategy session where either myself (Kristi) or one of my certified SHIFT coaches that will personally explain how this new system works...and uncover how (or if) it can be implemented in your lifestyle.
Now, as you know, I have helped transform thousands of women body's and their life. My fee to take on a private client is $LOTS OF MONEY$. There's a waiting list.
So this strategy session has real value to you. You'll get either me… or one of my certified SHIFT coaches personally looking at your current lifestyle and evaluating your progress and past experiences, explaining how the new system works, and then figuring out how you can implement it for looking and feeling absolutely amazing.
Plan on being on the phone together for 45 minutes or so.

I'm pretty sure I've stumbled over, for lack of a better phrase, "the magic pill".
(Except of course, I don't believe in magic pills, but I thought that sounded kind of cool)

And I'm basing this on personal experience because this is exactly what has happened in my own life as I've prepared for everything from a Bikini competition to just getting ready for my summer swimsuit body. First, I can only offer 50 strategy sessions because I don't have enough time to do a zillion of them.
So I'm capping it at 50. No real explanation needed on that one, right?
Second, if you think its the right fit for you then I might offer to take you on as a client. Or we might not. It depends, really, but it is a possibility.
This is NOT For Everyone
In the interest of not wasting your time or mine, let me tell you right up front that
- If you have yet to actually take action on making some kind of shift in your body or at least put some good effort into changing your nutrition and fitness habits, this isn't for you.
- If you're changing diets every week and you think that a "Twinkie" diet seems reasonable for the next time around, this isn't for you.
- If you hate reporting to others and hate taking action, this isn't for you because my system requires that you take action and that you report back to us personally every week.
- If you have 10 or more programs and machines that are stuffed under your bed and you've never attempted to use them then this system is probably not for you.
Here's Who This IS For
This system I'll be walking you through is best for women who currently try their best to (or want to start) eat healthy, stay active, have fun, increase their confidence, love feeling energized, and want to feel attractive and fit in whatever clothes they try on.
